About me

Elisa Della Santa

I have worked in healthcare and in sport for many years, and I bring that experience to my teaching: close attention to the person, to movement and to body awareness.

At MondoPilates Elisa I teach Mat, Reformer and Reformer Cadillac Pilates in small groups, to couples and one-to-one, in a professional, welcoming setting shaped around each person’s needs.
